Building Audits and Repairs

Block1 visually inspect existing buildings to ascertain their structural condition. We seek to understand the physical condition of the building’s main structural elements, and deduce the causes for any dilapidation, that may include water ingress and efflorescence, cracking, subsidence, rot or rusting. We have conducted scores of building audits and within our reports state the relative importance of various items, and provide an indication of the repair methodology, possible rectification details and order of costs. We are engaged to inspect buildings by owners, vendors, property managers, architects and builders.
